We organize our first online fitness community event which is lead by an experienced personal trainer who will make a live training session with you.
You can decide if you want to join active with camera together with other fitness enthusiasts or you just want to participate passively and follow the trainers instructions.
The training focus will be weight loss, flexibility and overall fitness.
For beginners and advanced fitness levels. Everybody can participate.

– How many people will participate?
Tickets are limited to 100, therefore it will be a maximum of 100 people in the training.
– Do I need anything for the training?
No, just enough space to follow the training instructions.Ideally, you’ll have an exercise mat or something similar.
– Who is the trainer?
This time our trainer is an experienced Calisthenics and Yoga Personal Trainer who is providing personal training since more than 3 years.
– Which tool will be used for the online session?
We will announce this in time. Right now it is planned to use Zoom.
