    Thanks for the video.
The property hub podcast is an amazing resource. 6 years of free weekly content. A whole load of free courses on their website and an incredible forum.
No selling and very conservative (not get rich quick) advice.

Great video, I’m sure that a chat with chartered property surveyors and engagement with credible property investment educators is the way to go. Here’s to the regulation of that industry and an end to charging fees for propositions that few can take advantage of.

Brilliant content brother Shaf! Always good to see a successful entrepreneur disucssing from an experience, its unfortunate fake guru trying make money out of vunerable people. Please keep up with the good content, will always follow you!

Great content. I had a bad experience with buy low rent high via Samuel Leeds. It’s very very easy to be sucked in to the Money methods of it all. It’s good to have some direct information rather than overhyped selling.

    Hi Shaf

Thank goodness for you. I was basing the next stage of my life on what I have learnt from Samuel Leeds Youtube.
Can I ask for some advice from you please? I feel I’m in a dilemma….
I know you are really busy but I really need some good advice please. Thank you ??

@Nikki Kokkini I am a full time property investor (not in Shaf’s league though). I would suggest that you pin down what outcome you are looking for – regular rental income through renting or lumps of cash through buying/selling. I wanted the former so stuck with renting. Or you could mix the two – rent one out, sell one. HTH

Shaf Rasul Hi thank you for replying.
Ok so we are just about to sell our home and will have some good profit from it, we have a small construction business and would like to start buying our own property’s BMV and renovate them to sell or rent out.
I’m not to sure which way to go with it really.
Also do you think it would be better for us as a family to go into rented for a year or so while we find a property to renovate etc?
We have to sell our home as our Mortgage term has ended and we can’t get a new Morgage because our income is showing to low.
I would really appreciate so good advice.
      Thanks
      Nikki

Great advice and video. Insightful and entertaining. Well done for raising awareness and helping people to better understand what to look for and how to check if what they’re being told is genuine and true, and if it offers real value or if you’re perhaps just being deceived and emotionally manipulated. Like Shaf says, trust your intuition and also speak with people you trust and that know you and what you want to achieve before committing to anything financially. Make sure it’s your own decision and not one that you have been skilfully pressured into. Do your due diligence and ask questions before making an informed decision. Also, check if there is a cooling off period in case you do change your mind, and ask what happens if it turns out that they have “Over promised and under deliver”.

Thx for the video & the warnings. Ave found you today & must admit that after researching the internet couldn’t believe your taking time on YouTube to help people when you have a multi million pound business – good on you. Wanted to ask how can someone like me get mentored by yourself. Ave been to few property Seminars & always stop short of paying thousands for some guidance ( after few Google research ☺️). Hope to hear from you . Thx ?

@Shaf Rasul Hey Shaf, this might be included in your video roadmap already…BUT, if you were 25 again today with £10K in cash, what would you do in order to slowly build a property portfolio? Would be great to hear sound advice on building a strong foundation, and areas where one should take higher risks to make quick wins. Thanks in advance!

Shaf Rasul hi thanks for you swift response. I guess I’m looking to find a mentor for a friend of mine, no really it isn’t for me, he’s going to be a property tycoon but he needs some guidance before he blows all his money. When all this Corona virus finishes I’ll ask you where we could meet you at one of your speaking events

    3. Shaf Rasul

paulnjulia thank you for the feedback ? If there is a particular question you have just post it here and I will do a video to answer it. There is a lot more property related content coming to my youtube channel which should answer most questions on property investing

Great videos. Not every bit of mentoring is a scam – it can be a great way to leverage someone else’s expertise. I have managed to do that quite well (more on a 1:1 basis). It’s great that you offer mentoring for free!!

I agree, nothing better than cold hard experience. Roll up the sleeves and get to work. Also, there is so much great free advice like YOUR CHANNEL. Nice to see you helping the little guys.
