Join us for our monthly Mentorship Exchange.\n\n\nMentorship is learning from someone else’s experiences.  In this month’s Mentorship Exchange\, you will receive the resources\, insight\, & connections needed to become a stronger leader.\nLeaders are never alone in their challenges or growth. We  need places to share what’s working\, as well as  discuss the challenges ahead. In this session\, we examine what has changed for leaders in the last 12 months\, as well as sharing insight\, tips\, & tricks for  the months ahead. \n \nHow It Works: \n\n“Group Thought” – Program introduction\, participant need & knowledge inventory \n\n\nMember Mentorship – Pink Mentor Network members share what they’ve learned & ask for what they need.\n\n\nBreakout Sessions – Meet 5-6 other leaders. Connect on what you have in common—challenges\, goals\, or growth.\n\nTHIS MONTH’S THEME IS “LEAD”. \nFinding strong mentors is extremely important to our leadership development.  It’s important to find mentors who align with our individual leadership style.  Good examples help us find our own communication style\, influencer persona\, and develop followership.   \nHere is the membership directory from our last Mentorship Exchange on leadership. \nThis session is perfect for: \n\nIndividuals looking to develop as leaders. \nLeaders who have experiences\, passions\, & mentorship to share.\nTeams who are in development.\nAnyone who has been searching for their unique leadership voice\, style\, or approach.\n\nLED & FACILITATED BY: \n\n\n\nSTACY CASSIO\, CEO & Founder of Pink Mentor Network \nStacy Cassio is the Founder & CEO of the Pink Mentor Network.
