SUMMARY:Special Interest Group for people who Coach and Mentor others.
DESCRIPTION:We aim to provide a safe space for HR professionals who deliver coaching & mentoring to others – open to CIPD members only.\n\n\nThe aim is to have a regular event which will be dedicated to sharing our experiences\, techniques\, achievements and challenges. Outside of any regular supervision you have it will be a forum to learn from each other and build a support network where HR professionals can support and learn from each other to be the best they can be.\n \nMeeting monthly we will collaborate as a group to set the agenda.  Claire Barnett a Master Practitioner who has been working with the Branch delivering Coaching and Mentoring content will join us on a quarterly basis.\n \nThis will not be a formal supervision although if requested it can be incorporated.
