@Ebony Love don’t only practice when you feel down. That part of you is always with you. Let it be expressed. Let it come out of the dark to show itself to the light. Even the light is in the dark.

Jayson Muzuruk you are a kind person. Thank you. It was many years ago and I now only suffer badly from my ptsd for about 3 months of the year, around the anniversary of the event. During this time I practice a lot of mindfulness and meditation. I appreciate your understanding and your advice. And I appreciate you. God bless you

@Ebony Love trauma begins at a very young age. We all have similar traumas. Suchas, realizing our seperateness from our caregivers. They begin to stack. Trauma is an emotional response. E-MOTION. Energy in motion. Trauma responses are very simple, but can become extremely complex. Remember, PTSD, Cptsd, depression, anxiety. All symptoms. Our consciousness and our beings are much more intense and complicated than diagnosis’ to symptoms. It’s your response to threat at a primal level. Any perceived threat. Based on your circumstances. Can be alot of things. I’m sorry you experienced what you experienced. Find ways to breathe as you meditate, and find that woman/young girl who experienced the pain and stay with her. Breathe with her as you experience it again. You have the strength. You’re still here. I commend you for that. It takes great courage. You can watch The Therapist if you want to see how trauma is dealt with. There is not one person on this planet that doesn’t have traumatic experiences. All in varying degrees. From human being to human being, I love you. For being alive and being strong enough to not succumb to the powers put over you.

I’m no psychologist but when I was CLINICALLY DIAGNOSED with ptsd after being raped I was told by my psychiatrist that ptsd is caused by a traumatic NEAR DEATH EXPERIENCE or an experience that you believed you may die. While yes I’ve been through many a hard nasty breakups that have caused deep depression and anxiety, no, something like that absolutely does not cause ptsd.

Oh, sweetie I wish I could give you a hug for all that you have been through. The life coach is right though because you don’t have boundaries. And you don’t stand up for yourself when u need to. Lance saw you coming a mile away and he knew you were damaged. He played the part so he could use you. I have been there so many times and it’s because I never got help for ptsd, etc. I know you can’t see it now but when u are in a cell for 20 years u are going to realize where you went wrong. Please give your life to Jesus Christ before it’s too late. I know u have an amazing heart and just want to be safe and loved.
