I’ve always looked up to a mentor as my role model. That started when I was selling life insurance in the Philippines. I took all my training very seriously that made me qualify for the Million Dollar Round Table that brought me to Toronto Canada to meet with thousands of like-minded agents.

I love that you talk about value. Its so important. For example I live on Long Island NY and it was just voted the most expensive place to live overall in the US and yet there’s nothing happening here but high prices. The average house is 600 grand with 18 grand a year in property taxes. I’m now looking into moving to Indianapolis which is off the beaten path and is continuing to grow economically. The average 3-4 bedroom house is 150 grand with 1 grand in taxes. It adds value for my money and I can continue to invest in stocks and in the near future real estate. Love your videos Dan!

Ive watched hundreds of videos of different entrepreneurs on youtube every day, all very inspiring and motivating. Dan Lok is by far my favorite, his culture and background is so unique, I also have a martial arts background so I very much resonate with that mentality as well.
