Mentorship is learning from someone else’s experiences. In this month’s Mentorship Exchange, you will receive the resources, insight, & connections needed to become a stronger leader.
Leaders are never alone in their challenges or growth. We need places to share what’s working, as well as discuss the challenges ahead. In this session, we examine what has changed for leaders in the last 12 months, as well as sharing insight, tips, & tricks for the months ahead.
How It Works:
- “Group Thought” – Program introduction, participant need & knowledge inventory
- Member Mentorship – Pink Mentor Network members share what they’ve learned & ask for what they need.
- Breakout Sessions – Meet 5-6 other leaders. Connect on what you have in common—challenges, goals, or growth.

Finding strong mentors is extremely important to our leadership development. It’s important to find mentors who align with our individual leadership style. Good examples help us find our own communication style, influencer persona, and develop followership.
