Managing People Issues in a Modern Workplace
Real life case studies are used to develop the practical skills HR teams need to handle complex employee cases in a modern workplace.
We explore the cultural backdrop of the current societal changes and expectations impacting on our workplaces. We consider challenges in relation to equality as focused on by such campaigns as #metoo and Black Lives Matter. As well as the challenges presented by remote management necessitated by the current Covid-19 Pandemic.
Using our experience of handling cases, supporting businesses and developing HR teams, we will equip you with the HR knowledge and understanding of the legislative frameworks needed in these challenging times.
