      @Rash kn no…I took ayurvedic treatment, from Kerala. They have specialized ward for psychiatric treatment..and very good research. They gave me many herbs..and specially prepared ghee called pancha gavya grita…

      @Rash kn anti anxiety medicines are not good..but you may take it in case if emergency..I had used a lot of anti anxiety mediicnes and my hair started falling rapidly…But it did help..Yes take those vitamins…those are very good ..but getting vitamins from raw organic fruits is best..but vitamin tablets also do a good job

      @Razak I already consult a neurologist he ask me to take Mri to clear my doubt and he priscribed me anti anxiety medicine and someone multi vitamin i took it for 3 days i felt better but i was worried abt the side effects. So i have stopped taking that now I m on homeopathy.

    Guys just wanna say that don’t give up on life. live for urself and ur loved ones! I know it’s hard cuz I’m also suffering from it for over 2 years but I’m not stopping myself from reaching my dreams. I tried to do gym and will start doing yoga hopefully it can improve my problems. I don’t take medicines b4 I used to but took it few months but I stopped even I realised that the reason of my anxiety is that I used to be depress all the time cuz of my school life and everyday problems at home. Stay try to stay happy and satisfied and try to think rational. Don’t be afraid of loosing and keep trying! Believe in god.there will days when u feel really terrible and frustrated and tired from your problems just stay strong cuz ur mothers loves u that’s my motivation.God bless everyone!

      Depression kai cheezo se aata h jo bhi kuch incident past main hua hota h hamare saath..phir uske baare m soch soch ke hum itne depressed ho jaate h ki hari neend udd jati h..Aur negative thoughts de ghir jaate hain..hamesa neg rehte h jisse hume anxiety fear aur kahi tarike ki disease gher leti hain…I can relate…

    Depression/ Anxiety can be Genetic or circumstantial. vitamin Zinc, Magnesium and D Vitamin help. Take them with Food. Try not to drink Alcohol. It can make it worse unless you can limit it to 2 Drinks.
