Great video Jonathan! I’m so glad you addressed the renting a space issue! That was the questions I had before and I am sure this will help other fitness professionals out there!
I built my training business and found out that making clients pay a minimum of X amount of sessions for X amount of dollars up front to even get on schedule, with a lax cancellation policy. Works freaking great.
@Team FitBoss being your own business. Create a cancellation policy.
@Team FitBoss if they cancel without notice or without pretty good reason. There session is still being charged. So a trainer makes X amount for doing nothing that hour. This holds clients accountable as well. That is our goal.
Codiak Fitness If you want to charge my session, that makes sense. But how do you avoid them going long periods of time without using their sessions?
Good Stuff my man
I currently do sessions but there is a date they expire as agreed on with the client that if they do not complete them with in x amount of days the sessions become null and void. I believe contracts are best for that. Trainers are afraid to have clients sign waiver forms as well.
Great videos
Thanks for this video. This something I been thinking about doing
Hands down the best thing I did for my business at the top of this year was pulling the trigger and buying the Dumbells2Dollars Course. Explains all of this info and more to reduce stress on you as a trainer
